The First-Round Interview
A first-round interview will take place in our office or via phone and will involve the manager to the position and 1-3 other key individuals. In the first-round, we are focused on your experience, skills, education, and ability to perform the job we have available. We further narrow our first-round candidates through a group decision process and identify our finalists for the position.

Second-Round/Final Interview
A second, and final, interview is then conducted in our office.  The second-round interview exposes you to a broad range of Anchor QEA staff in various areas of expertise that may or may not be directly linked to you.  You will have the opportunity to meet anywhere from 6 -10 potential coworkers at this stage in the process.  Our focus in the final interview is whether you and Anchor QEA are the right fit for one another.  Our work environment and culture are more deeply examined as we expose you to a variety of folks that give you a good representation for who we are.  The interview group discusses the final candidates and makes a formal recommendation for hiring to the Hiring Manager.  Once references are completed, an offer is extended verbally and followed by a formal offer letter.

Anchor QEA has low turnover and our staff tend to stay with us for a long time.  We believe our long-term relationships are due, in part, to our efforts up front in bringing you on board.
