INTRODUCTION
When Anchor QEA was young, growth
was straightforward. We developed strong
relationships with clients, delighted them with
superior service, and work found us.
As our company has matured, our client
relationships remain strong and the quality
of our work is unmatched. However, industry
competition has increased. Climate change
continues to create new and urgent needs
for clients in more regions. And although
we diversified our services and continue to
be profitable, the pace of our early success
has slowed.
