All of Anchor QEA’s foundational aspects (our Mission, Vision,

and Core Values) have gone into crafting a unified, forward-facing

statement—our strategy—that focuses on employees, clients, and

growth.

We have identified five goals that will guide us and help measure

our success as we bring our strategy to life. Together, the

statement and goals form our 2022 Strategic Plan.

The intention of the Strategic Plan is to improve Anchor QEA as a

whole: making us stronger, more successful, and better equipped

for the future.
