coastal infrastructure, water resources, and habitat restoration in
the Gulf Coast region.
Expand our water program: Establish a national program that
encompasses environmental studies, planning, and permitting for
integrated flood management and water supply services.
Grow our resiliency services: Position ourselves as a premier
provider of specialized services in the coastal
and flood resiliency market.
Develop dedicated selling teams: Devote small, specialized teams
to winning large, sustainable new contracts.
