GOAL:
EXPAND OUR WATER PROGRAM
We will establish a national program that provides environmental
studies, planning, and permitting for integrated flood management
and water supply services.
Our initial efforts will focus on the West and Gulf Coasts, with a
regional emphasis on Washington, California, and Texas, expanding
to build a national program over time.
