DEVELOP DEDICATED
SELLING TEAMS
We will devote small, specialized teams to winning large, sustainable
new contracts.
Selectively departing from our traditional seller-doer business
model (by focusing key individuals’ efforts on business development
rather than project implementation tasks) will allow us to
take advantage of promising opportunities and increase our
overall growth.
This goal represents a critical evolution in our approach to business
development that will allow us to best serve our existing clients
while winning new ones.
