Community and Stakeholder Engagement

Effective communication with stakeholders, property owners, community groups, agencies, and the public is often a significant component of Anchor QEA projects. Our experienced staff understand the importance of building and maintaining trust to develop creative solutions to complex issues. We have a proven track record of successful collaboration and productive working relationships with diverse stakeholders and groups to achieve a common understanding of problems, concerns, values, and goals. Our relevant services include establishing and facilitating committees and work groups, developing decision-making processes and communication and engagement strategies, coordinating productive stakeholder interviews, site visits, and public meetings, facilitating collaborative design and planning charrettes, conducting scoping and comment processes for environmental reviews, preparing printed and electronic communication materials to support information sharing, input gathering, and ongoing engagement, and supporting policy-level decision-making.
