Fate and Transport
Contaminant fate, transport, and bioaccumulation control the ecological and human health risks associated with contaminated sites. An in-depth understanding of how contaminants behave in the environment is essential to characterizing risk and remediation. Our staff have developed and applied a range of hydrodynamic, hydrogeologic, chemical fate, sediment transport, and bioaccumulation modeling tools to better inform critical risk management and remedial decision-making processes. This array of tools allows us to provide clients with the most appropriate, cost-effective approach to managing site risks.
