Anchor QEA has a strong reputation with clients and regulators for developing and executing solid NEPA, SEPA and CEQA compliance strategies for many complex projects, including water infrastructure, restoration design and assessment, and fish passage evaluations. Our experience includes managing large-scale joint and separate NEPA, SEPA and CEQA EISs along with Environmental Assessments and Environmental Checklists. We recognize that successful NEPA and SEPA execution begins with a compliance strategy that efficiently integrates federal, state, and local regulatory requirements to ensure the final documentation meets the needs of regulators and is legally defensible. Our NEPA, SEPA, and CEQA projects frequently involve supporting associated federal consultation and related permitting efforts, and we coordinate closely with federal, local and state agencies, State Historic Preservation Officers, and tribes. We work proactively and transparently to keep critical tasks on track and ensure that all required consultation and compliance documents are in place for well-supported Records of Decision.
