Anchor QEA has extensive expertise preparing documentation to support ESA compliance (including biological assessments, biological evaluations, and biological opinions) and working directly with USACE, USFWS, and NOAA Fisheries to support formal and informal consultation efforts. We are also experienced in completing special evaluations for projects on lands managed by the U.S. Forest Service, U.S. Bureau of Land Management and other federal agencies. While ESA focuses entirely on impacts to listed species, we are also experienced at integrating other local, state, and federal regulatory requirements to ensure a cohesive and efficient compliance framework. From our past project experience, we have gained the respect and trust of regulatory agencies that helps us maintain an open dialogue with all parties, receive input and feedback in a timely manner, and minimize ESA consultation timeframes.
