Water Resources

The Anchor QEA team of water resource engineers, scientists, and planners are proven leaders in water resources through the development of successful solutions for flood reduction, water supply, instream flow, and related water resource issues. We solve some of the most challenging and complex water and environmental issues using an interdisciplinary approach that engages our team’s expertise in civil and hydraulic engineeringhydrology, fisheries and wetland biology, geomorphology, planning and permitting, water quality, landscape architecture, cost estimating and facilitation of public processes. We routinely take projects from planning through design, permitting, and construction.

Our water resource engineering expertise includes hydrologic and hydraulic modeling and design services in support of a variety of water resources projects. Our design experience includes habitat restoration, pipelines, reservoirs, flow control and diversion structures, levees, culvert crossings, canals, tide gates, intakes, screens and pump stations, fish passage, dam removals, stormwater management facilities, and other hydraulic structures and components.
