Our DEI Committee (DEIC), composed of staff and shareholders across the company, fosters DEI awareness and purpose within Anchor QEA. The DEIC works with our leaders to identify best management practices for maintaining a strong connection between our DEI principles and current operations. The DEIC members are self-nominated, appointed by senior management, and approved by our Board of Directors (Board). Our Managing Partner and Human Resources Managing Director are advisors to the DEIC, and the DEIC provides regular updates to our Board.
